I recently had my Rinnai AR series heat pump hot water system installed by VICSAVER and the experience was excellent. Pavan was professional, prompt with his responses to my questions, and his installation team get the work done to a very high standard. Very good service. I was waiting for another company for one month to replace my heat pump. Was told that they don't have stock.
Called vicsaver and got it replaced in one day.

We replaced our ducted gas heating system to reverse cycle 23kw ducted system through Vicsaver. They have done a great job. Installation process was very smooth. Pavan, Noel and their group was very friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
